4. Data Processing Integrity
We lock user-submitted records under industry-standard payload protection policies. Information matrices pulled to train target chatbot behaviors remain completely isolated on your private data core. We enforce a binding policy that isolates proprietary client files from rolling into public consumer AI model tuning operations.
5. Service Availability Terms
While engineering loops look to maintain optimal performance uptime trends across cloud frameworks, the Chat X Bots digital environment operates on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Periodic optimization updates, computing core maintenance cycles, or unexpected structural network dropouts may cause brief operational freezes.
